Huntington Learning Centers have been helping students succeed in school for nearly 50 years. Our programs accelerate academic results through customized programs tailored to each individual’s needs.
Hours:
- Flexible, part-time schedule up to 30 hours per week.
- Must have availability between the hours of 2-8pm Monday - Thursday. Some Friday/Saturday hours may be needed.
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative activities including: phones, texts, voicemails, emails; maintain calendars; create/manage Zoom links; filing, office organization.
- Regularly interact with families, students, teachers, and staff with high levels of customer service and professionalism.
- Own and manage daily/weekly scheduling for 100+ students and tutors.
- Maintain internal database with accurate records.
- Onboard and train new teachers.
- Perform academic evaluations and retesting; produce customized reports on student progress.
- Observe teacher instruction and student engagement and provide feedback to improve student experience and outcomes.
- Teach students across multiple grade levels as needed.
Qualifications:
- 4 year degree from an accredited college/university required.
- Experience with scheduling and/or an administrative role highly desired.
- Well organized, able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional communicator, dedicated to outstanding customer service.
- Adept at using MS Office, Google for Business, and Zoom.
