As a leader in the tutoring and test prep industry, our success is attributed not only to our highly acclaimed instructional programs but also to the qualified and devoted professionals who commit themselves to helping students achieve success each day.

Hours:

Up to 30 hours per week.
Must be available to work between 1:30-8:30pm Monday-Thursday.
Some Saturday hours may be needed.
The center is open Monday-Thursday 10am-8:30pm, and Saturday 8am-2pm. Closed Fridays and Sundays.

The Education Coordinator’s typical day includes, but is not limited to:

Managing the front office, welcoming students/families, answering phones/emails/texts, etc.
Creating and maintaining student and teacher schedules.
Managing payments, invoicing, and payroll tracking.
Owning administrative duties and office organization.
Supporting marketing efforts to grow the center.
Meeting with students to oversee their progress and experience.
Regularly teaching students in multiple grade levels.

For success, the Education Coordinator must have:

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
1-3 years of administrative, customer service, and/or education experience.
Must love working with kids and be able to tutor students in multiple grade levels.
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding customer service and ability to build relationships.
