This role supports an online tutoring program serving students across the greater Twin Cities. The role is an online position for U.S. citizens residing in the United States only.
Hours:
- Up to 30 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule with availability between the hours of 10am-8pm Monday - Friday.
- Some Saturday hours may be needed.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage daily/weekly scheduling for students and teachers using scheduling software and Zoom.
- Regularly communicate with staff, teachers, and partners with high levels of customer service.
- Maintain an internal database with accurate records.
- Produce customized reports on student progress, operations, and service level metrics.
- Administer academic evaluations and retesting for students.
- Onboard and train new teachers.
- Support staff and teacher meetings.
Qualifications:
- Experience with high volume scheduling and office administration required.
- Well organized, able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communicator, dedicated to outstanding customer service.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required.
- Adept at using MS Office (especially Excel), Google for Business, and Zoom.
- Experience with Huntington Learning Centers is highly desired.
